Had some great maple syrup this morning.  Dana 'can't believe it worked!'  Thanks for believing, honey!  I am actually shocked as well.  So many things are just as simple as doing them.  Bore a hole in a tree, collect the sap, boil it, enjoy the syrup.  Locavores unite!
